About Us

Networks are critical to recruiting new members to boards of healthcare companies. As our mission statement specifies, BioDirector was created to develop the capabilities of directors of healthcare companies thereby growing their effectiveness. It is a peer network which is purposefully focused on creating new connections that can lead to diversified boards.

MISSION

Increase the effectiveness of healthcare company boards.

Our mission will be achieved by:

  • Creating a deeply connected diverse network of capable board members who support each other in current and future board roles; 
  • Facilitating frequent interactions between new (less than 3 years) and experienced board members;
  • Enabling existing board members to develop their board careers;
  • Sponsoring other board-ready directors, particularly those presently under-represented in boardrooms.
